It is critical for the production team to effectively plan rehearsals.  We appreciate that people have holidays already booked, and perhaps other events.  We need to know when you will miss rehearsals.

To this end we ask that you inform us now when you are going to miss rehearsals. You can check this on the rehearsal schedule).  There will be additional Sundays included so please tell us which Sundays you are NOT available from November onwards.
